Our standard walk-in hours are 2pm to 4pm on Tuesday through Friday.

All current clients are encouraged to use our walk-in hours. During our walk-in hours, a paralegal is available to make copies of evidence and take payments for current clients. Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis.

If you have already met with one of our attorneys for a consultation where you were given a case plan and quote, you are also welcomed to come during walk-in hours to hire us. Please bring the name you made your initial consultation under and the date of your consultation when coming to hire so the attorney’s notes can be readily pulled up, preventing a delay in serving you.

Please note, if an office is closed for a holiday or inclement weather, there will be no walk-in hours. Any weather-related office closings will be posted on our Facebook page.

Current clients are also encouraged to login to our client portal to view information about their case and send messages to the case manager and attorney working on their case. If you have an email address and access to the internet but were not provided a username and password, please contact your case manager to request one.
